About the Role

Build and manage strategic accounts across Poland, focusing on financial services and insurance. Identify conversational AI opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, develop business cases and account strategies, navigate procurement structures, and advise senior leaders on generative AI and conversational agents.

Requirements

7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology
Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
Success closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Network in the Polish financial services sector
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland
Native or full professional proficiency in Polish
Strong English proficiency

Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic accounts across Poland
Identify conversational AI opportunities for financial services institutions
Lead consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Develop business cases that translate AI voice technology into business value
Develop and execute account strategies
Navigate complex procurement and organizational structures
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding and expansion
Advise senior leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
