About the Role
You will prospect for enterprise customers, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage complex deal cycles from lead generation through negotiation and close. You will develop sales strategies, create tailored presentations and proposals, help define the sales motion, and collaborate with marketing, product, technical, operations, legal, and finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise customer-facing sales experience
- English fluency
- Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota
- Experience running end-to-end complex deals
- Market analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Enterprise prospecting and lead generation
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals
- Navigate contracts and agreements with legal and finance stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Create tailored sales presentations and proposals
- Help define the sales motion
- Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams
