About the Role
You will develop strategies to win strategic accounts, build trusted customer relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions with internal partners. You will forecast pipeline and revenue, execute account plans, share product feedback, maintain product and industry knowledge, and travel moderately.
Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic or enterprise sales experience
- Proven experience growing revenue with large, complex accounts
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Business acumen and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
- Consultative, value-based selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience selling AI or customer support or experience software is preferred
