Sales Director, EMEA

About the Role

You will own and scale enterprise revenue across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will drive new business and manage strategic accounts, lead long complex sales cycles with C-level and technical stakeholders, and close high-value deals. You will build executive relationships, develop regional go-to-market plans with Marketing and Leadership, provide market feedback to Product and PMM, and own pipeline forecasting, deal qualification, CRM hygiene, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing complex high-ACV deals in EMEA
  • Experience selling technical or infrastructure products, ideally in fintech, crypto, security, payments, or regulated environments
  • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and engineering
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex technology into business value
  • High ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset; comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment

  • Own enterprise sales motion across EMEA and drive new business
