About the Role
You will oversee the company's sales strategies, manage client accounts, lead the sales team, and generate new business opportunities. You will prepare financial models, write term sheets, develop industry partnerships across sectors, and identify new revenue drivers. You will implement and integrate sales and CRM systems, create sales collateral and product messaging, perform business intelligence and competitive analysis, structure deals and negotiate contracts, and develop revenue tracking, budgeting and forecasting modules for finance.
Requirements
- MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Significant experience in the blockchain or web3 industry
- 5+ years of progressive experience focused on sales, business development and strategy
- Strong industry relationships with a track record of building sales
- Expert in sales pipeline development, strategy development, lead generation, prospect penetration and follow-up strategies
- Experience preparing decks, term sheets and MSAs and managing the full business development process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Strong closing skills
