Lead sales and develop the go-to-market function for HeyOz's AI-powered ads creation platform, selling both self-serve and agency offerings.
Requirements
- Experience closing clients among marketing agencies, D2C founders, freelancers, or similar buyers
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales, including demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Strategic sales thinking and ability to adjust the market approach
- Ability to work with flexible pricing and deal structures
- Strong product communication and rapport-building skills
- Experience selling SaaS, creative tools, or marketing and advertising products
- Experience selling both products and services
- Early-stage startup sales experience
- Familiarity with the creator economy, indie hackers, or the D2C landscape
Responsibilities
- Run demos and close deals with founders, marketers, and agency owners
- Position self-serve and agency offerings based on prospect needs
- Guide outbound targeting and prospect selection
- Scope client needs and structure project, retainer, and subscription deals
- Build the sales function as the business scales
