About the Role
You will drive business development across Europe by sourcing, pursuing, and closing partnerships with wallets, neobanks, fintechs and other enterprises. You will build and maintain a strong regional pipeline, structure compelling commercial offers with product and commercial teams, and support early accounts to expand usage. You will represent the product at industry events, track market and regulatory developments, and translate insights into actionable feedback for product and pricing.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in business development partnerships or enterprise sales
- Deep understanding of the European fintech and crypto landscape and an existing local network
- Proven track record of closing high-impact business deals and navigating complex stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote startup environment
- Strong commercial sense with experience developing custom proposals and client solutions
- Experience with card issuing embedded finance or banking-as-a-service platforms
- Previous role at a high-growth startup ideally in Web3 or fintech
Responsibilities
- Identify pursue and close new partnerships and client opportunities across Europe
- Build and manage a strong regional pipeline from prospecting through contract signature
- Represent the company at conferences meetups and industry events to generate leads
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to tailor business proposals and go-to-market strategies
- Develop region-specific pricing models value propositions and deal frameworks
- Contribute to external messaging and positioning for the Europe region
- Support and grow early-stage strategic accounts by identifying upsell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that convert initial clients into repeat partners
- Continuously track market developments competitive movements and local regulatory trends
- Synthesize market learnings into actionable feedback for product and strategy
