About the Role

You will expand payments and stablecoin partnerships across the region, working with financial institutions, fintechs, payment service providers, exchanges, wallets, and market makers. You will shape pilots, integrations, and go-to-market plans; monitor regulatory developments; create partner materials; coordinate cross-functional deliverables; and maintain business-development tools, dashboards, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain, particularly in payments, stablecoins, or institutional crypto.
• Strong network across Colombia's financial and fintech ecosystem.
• Ability to lead strategic business-development initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Deep understanding of on-chain finance, including DeFi, stablecoins, and institutional yield.
• Working knowledge of regional crypto regulations and their impact on financial products.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Background in traditional payments or fintech strategy, especially product, pricing, or go-to-market roles.
• Familiarity with DeFi, remittances, or crypto-native infrastructure.
• Understanding of FX flows, capital controls, and emerging-market challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage banks, fintechs, payment service providers, centralized exchanges, wallets, and market makers.
• Champion the product suite and roadmap, including on-chain FX, cross-border remittances, and the Polygon Payments Network.
• Prioritize strategic partners and corridors and shape pilots, integrations, and long-term opportunities.
• Analyze and report on evolving digital-payment and blockchain policies in the region.
• Translate complex developments into actionable insights for internal teams and external partners.
• Co-create and execute go-to-market plans with ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and internal briefings.
• Manage deliverables across legal, engineering, marketing, and finance.
• Maintain business-development tools, CRMs, dashboards, KPIs, and performance trackers.
• Own operational clarity across active regional initiatives.
