About the Role
Build and manage Federal Government accounts, identify opportunities for conversational AI, develop enterprise account strategies, partner with customer success and solutions engineering on onboarding and expansion, and advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Executive presence and ability to build C-suite and board relationships
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- Interest in voice and audio AI
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of Federal Government accounts
- Identify business opportunities for conversational AI
- Develop understanding of the conversational AI landscape
- Learn and demonstrate the value of conversational AI and voice technology
- Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise verticals
- Partner with customer success and solutions engineering on onboarding and expansion
- Advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
