About the Role
You will develop and lead EMEA go-to-market and sales plans, guide cross-functional sales execution, and grow enterprise revenue. You will manage strategic client and partner relationships, pursue high-value deals, represent the company with industry and government stakeholders, and report regional market insights.
Requirements
- Based in Germany
- 15+ years of executive-level go-to-market and revenue-growth leadership experience in technology organizations
- Experience leading enterprise consultative solution sales and business development
- Knowledge of regional GTM strategy, customer success, and resource allocation
- Communication and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and regions
- AI industry experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead EMEA go-to-market growth strategy and sales plans
- Provide sales and operational leadership across cross-functional teams
- Represent the company in EMEA with industry, regulatory, and government stakeholders
- Manage enterprise client and partner relationships
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value business opportunities
- Collaborate with global teams on enterprise project implementation practices
- Analyze and report regional market trends, opportunities, client needs, and competitor activity
