About the Role
You will own complex, net-new enterprise sales pursuits from account penetration through close. You will develop entry strategies for large health systems, map stakeholder groups, conduct discovery, build tailored ROI narratives and financial models, negotiate multi-year agreements, and maintain rigorous account strategies, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software into large health systems or academic medical centers
- Experience personally closing seven-figure deals with long sales cycles and high stakeholder complexity
- Ability to sell to clinical and financial executives
- Success breaking into net-new enterprise accounts without heavy reliance on inbound leads
- Knowledge of enterprise deal politics, power dynamics, and incentives
- Ability to construct and communicate CFO-level financial and ROI models grounded in clinical and revenue-cycle workflows
- Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments
- Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process across long, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Prospect into large health systems and develop net-new account entry strategies
- Map stakeholder environments and orchestrate multi-person buying groups
- Shape decision criteria and evaluation frameworks
- Conduct discovery of clinical workflows, operational constraints, and financial drivers
- Translate discovery insights into CFO-grade ROI models
- Navigate internal politics and drive alignment toward buying decisions
- Negotiate high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements
- Design enterprise deal structures, including pilots, performance-based pricing, and SLAs/KPIs
- Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders throughout enterprise pursuits
- Maintain disciplined deal management, account strategies, win plans, and forecasting
