About the Role
Build and manage strategic accounts across Italy, identify conversational AI opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, develop account strategies, advise senior decision-makers, and partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Success closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Network among senior decision-makers in Italian enterprises
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
- Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Italy
- Native or full professional proficiency in Italian
- Strong English for internal collaboration
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across Italy
- Identify opportunities for conversational AI to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency
- Lead consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Develop business cases translating AI voice technology into business value
- Maintain knowledge of the conversational AI landscape
- Develop and execute enterprise account strategies
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding and expansion
- Educate C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI and conversational agents
