About the Role

Build and manage strategic accounts across Italy, identify conversational AI opportunities, lead complex sales cycles, develop account strategies, advise senior decision-makers, and partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and expansion.

Requirements

7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology
Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
Success closing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Network among senior decision-makers in Italian enterprises
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Italy
Native or full professional proficiency in Italian
Strong English for internal collaboration

Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across Italy
Identify opportunities for conversational AI to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency
Lead consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Develop business cases translating AI voice technology into business value
Maintain knowledge of the conversational AI landscape
Develop and execute enterprise account strategies
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding and expansion
Educate C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI and conversational agents
