About the Role
You will own institutional client relationships from signature through onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will lead workshops and commercial discussions, identify growth opportunities, maintain account plans and CRM records, communicate product feedback, and represent the business at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management or customer success experience
- Experience managing financial institution clients
- Experience with upselling and account expansion
- Experience negotiating enterprise contracts and renewals
- Ability to explain APIs, integration flows, and security concepts
- Hands-on digital asset experience or demonstrable interest
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own institutional client relationships end to end
- Guide clients through onboarding, integration, and product adoption
- Run workshops and explain product features
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own expansion and retention targets
- Lead renewal, amendment, and pricing discussions
- Turn client feedback into prioritised product input
- Lead QBRs and maintain account plans
- Keep CRM records accurate and flag risks early
- Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA
