About the Role
You will own strategic client relationships and drive engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will establish stakeholder governance, develop commercial account strategies, manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, address churn risk, and share client feedback with internal partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales or account management experience within financial services, alternative investments, or B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrable success in hitting quota and sales targets
Responsibilities
- Own strategic client relationships, engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Establish governance with senior stakeholders and business leads
- Understand client objectives and the applicability of Preqin in investment workflows and analytics
- Set commercial and engagement strategy for client accounts
- Manage the renewal process
- Identify upselling opportunities and partner with Business Development
- Address churn risk through client adoption and needs analysis
- Coordinate adoption and service efforts with Client Experience and Service
- Partner with Marketing on client engagement campaigns
- Share client feedback, themes, and trends with Product, Data, and Engineering
- Coordinate with Aladdin and BlackRock teams on joint clients and commercial opportunities
