About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of institutional clients and serve as their primary contact. You will develop account-growth plans, optimize foreign-exchange flows, pricing, and settlement setups, monitor account health, and expand adoption through upselling and cross-selling. You will also support major North American accounts, coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain scalable account-management playbooks, and use AI to automate workflows and identify client insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fintech or financial services
- 5+ years of total experience in account management, sales, consulting, or business operations
- Working knowledge of payments, FX, cross-border flows, settlement, and pricing
- Experience independently managing and growing a book of clients
- Experience negotiating pricing and volume with senior stakeholders
- Experience using CRM and analytics tools to evaluate client health
- Experience building repeatable account-management systems for large portfolios
- Advanced fluency with AI tools such as Claude
- Strong written and in-person communication
- Ability to work with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams
- Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami

- Support major North American accounts with trades, settlement, pricing, and product setup
- Build and maintain account-management playbooks for long-tail accounts
- Use AI to automate workflows and surface client insights
