About the Role
You will manage customer accounts and execute comprehensive account plans. You will support customers from initial engagement through deployment and renewal, build complex programs with solutions and research engineering, manage revenue forecasts, analyze account metrics, and provide market insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years selling and renewing platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Experience supporting fast-growing, high-performance companies
- Experience working directly with C-level executives
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing market intelligence
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and execute comprehensive account plans
- Support customers from initial engagement through deployment and renewal
- Partner with solutions and research engineering on customer programs and projects
- Own a revenue target
- Manage revenue forecasts
- Analyze account metrics and provide stakeholder insights
- Monitor the industry landscape and inform product and corporate strategy
- Collaborate across business functions
- Support teammate recruitment and onboarding
- Support company culture development
