About the Role
You will build a portfolio of new SMB accounts, identify opportunities for conversational AI, and execute account strategies across Italy. You will manage complex sales cycles, partner on onboarding and expansion, and advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English with the ability to sell and negotiate in both
- 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Experience closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of enterprise procurement and legal processes
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
- Ability to translate complex technology into business value
- Experience building executive-level relationships
- Knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of new accounts across industries
- Identify business opportunities for conversational AI
- Develop knowledge of customer use cases, competitors, and conversational AI trends
- Execute account strategies across key verticals
- Partner with customer success and solutions engineering on account onboarding and expansion
- Advise clients on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
