Expand BitOK’s reach within the banking industry, identify business opportunities, pursue leads, build relationships with financial institutions and decision-makers, collaborate on banking solutions, manage the sales process through contract signing, track regulatory and market developments, and represent the business at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Fluent knowledge of English and Russian
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management focused on banking
• Strong existing relationships and network within the banking industry
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus

• Develop and execute strategies to expand reach within the banking industry
• Identify business opportunities and pursue leads
• Build and maintain relationships with banking decision-makers
• Collaborate on solutions for banks and financial institutions
