About the Role
You will drive sales and develop relationships with government and law enforcement executives. You will use your knowledge of blockchain products to inform product direction, create detailed account plans in the CRM, track and analyse key metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather customer feedback, and prioritise target clients and opportunities. You will manage negotiations, close deals, and travel as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within the FinTech or Regtech industry
- Experience and knowledge of selling services to government and/or law enforcement sectors
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
- Self-starter able to work independently and demonstrate leadership
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven negotiation skills and track record of closing deals
- Attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable working with diverse cultures and time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish
- Willingness and ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Utilise deep understanding of blockchain products and technology to inform and influence the product roadmap
- Identify new strategic opportunities and collaborate across functions to scope and prioritise efforts
- Develop detailed business account plans in the CRM including initiatives, timelines and revenue opportunities
- Track, analyse, influence, and communicate key metrics to build scalable opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional services to expand your book of business
- Seek customer feedback and convey it to stakeholders and product teams
- Keep up to date on industry trends and provide market feedback to the product team
- Prioritise target clients annually based on growth prospects and risk
- Assess threats, risks, or limitations related to opportunities for each client
- Act according to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behaviour
