About the Role
You will own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and running executive engagement. You will build and execute account plans, translate customer complexity into outcomes-based commercial plans, lead expansion deals with cross-functional partners, run executive governance (QBRs, steering committees), advocate for customer-driven product improvements, maintain forecasting and CRM discipline in HubSpot, and mentor junior Account Managers.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise Account Management or renewals and expansion roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning and growing strategic accounts through renewals, multi-stakeholder expansions, and executive engagement
- Comfortable working with technical products and teams and translating complexity into business outcomes
- Strong commercial judgment including value selling, negotiation, procurement and legal cycles, and stakeholder alignment
- Rigour in forecasting, account planning cadence, and excellent CRM hygiene
- Clear and confident communicator with executive presence
- NYC-based with flexibility for customer meetings and periodic travel
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including renewal planning, expansion strategy, and executive engagement
- Build and run account plans including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, success criteria, mutual action plans, and value realization
- Lead and close expansion opportunities including upsell and cross-sell in partnership with solution and advisory consultants
- Drive net revenue retention through proactive renewal execution, accurate risk identification, and structured mitigation plans
- Run executive-level governance including QBRs, steering committees, roadmap sessions, and escalation management
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product improvements and better customer experience at scale
- Maintain high standards of forecasting, account hygiene, and CRM discipline in HubSpot
- Mentor associate and mid-level Account Managers on enterprise account strategy, negotiation, and operating cadence
