About the Role

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for KAST Business: prospecting, initiating outreach, and closing deals. You will identify high-growth opportunities, build and manage your pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience, and articulate KAST Business solutions to complex cross-border payment problems.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Understanding of wallets and stablecoins
  • Comfortable in complex selling environments and communicating with decision makers
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • First-principles thinking
  • Extreme accountability and ownership for pipeline
  • Degree in finance or business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Initiate campaigns and prospect through multiple channels with emphasis on cold-calling
  • Develop and execute lead-sourcing strategies
  • Build and manage pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and daily usage
  • Execute solution-based selling and articulate product value
  • Contribute to Go-To-Market strategy and product roadmap
  • Become a product expert on market positioning and solution offerings
