Sales Account Director - Public Sector (Eastern Europe)

About the Role
You will build and lead the national security go-to-market strategy across Eastern Europe. You will map accounts, prospect and develop pipeline, own full-cycle enterprise deals from demo to close, run trials and advisory sessions, gather and prioritize customer feedback, and drive renewals and upsells.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or intelligence solutions
- 5+ years working directly in or selling into Eastern European national security, defense, or law enforcement communities
- Proven ability to establish credibility with senior government, intelligence, and law enforcement leaders
- Consultative selling and storytelling skills to build value-led propositions
- Ability to operate autonomously, adapt to shifting priorities, and work across distributed teams
- Experience owning pipeline generation through negotiation and close
Responsibilities
- Build and lead national security go-to-market strategy across Eastern Europe
- Establish and expand relationships with public sector security stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle and close six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
- Map accounts and identify decision-makers, procurement pathways, and mission priorities
- Prospect and rapidly build pipeline aligned with regional security needs
- Plan and execute scalable territory and account strategies
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, trials, and advisory sessions
- Gather and relay mission-critical customer feedback to internal teams
- Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and agency-wide partnerships
