About the Role

You will take full ownership of the commercial organization and build a scalable, disciplined revenue engine. You will define commercial strategy and operating models, drive pipeline governance and forecasting, lead complex enterprise negotiations, embed AI workflows into commercial processes, and mentor senior commercial leaders.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling revenue operating systems in high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure companies
• Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and experience across stablecoins, wallets, or payment infrastructure
• Track record leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with global organizations
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to balance short-term revenue and long-term strategic value
• Experience leading senior commercial organizations within founder-led companies
• AI fluency and experience integrating AI into commercial workflows and operational processes

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the global revenue organization across enterprise sales, partnerships, customer expansion, and revenue operations
• Define commercial strategy and operating model to scale revenue efficiently
• Establish frameworks for ICP prioritization, deal qualification, and pricing discipline
• Build and operate commercial cadence including pipeline governance, forecasting, deal reviews, compensation, and performance management
• Partner with Product and Marketing to translate product strategy into go-to-market execution and enterprise adoption
• Develop and mentor senior commercial leaders to manage complex negotiations and strategic accounts
• Embed AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, and pipeline management
• Lead high-impact commercial negotiations, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise deals
