About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through solution design, commercial negotiation, close, and implementation planning. You will generate and manage your own pipeline by activating an existing US fintech and payments network and conducting targeted outreach. You will lead technical discovery and design tailored proposals that cover payment rails, integration models, compliance frameworks, and treasury operations. You will negotiate pricing and contract terms, support onboarding and go-live, and represent the product at industry meetings and client engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Hunter mentality with ownership of pipeline generation
  • Strong active US network in fintech, PSP, and payments infrastructure
  • Payments infrastructure expertise including global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP), API integrations, compliance frameworks (AML, KYC), and treasury and settlement operations
  • Full-cycle sales ownership from cold outreach through post-sale implementation
  • Ability to lead product and architecture conversations without a solutions engineer
  • Executive presence and technical credibility
  • Comfort with ambiguity and builder mentality
  • Bonus: experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks
