About the Role

You will lead technical integrations and onboarding, developing strategies to integrate customers and expand their use of the product. You will drive customer expansion to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. You will collaborate with R&D and Product, research DeFi protocols, and operate in a consultative manner to define customer challenges and opportunities. You will run technical and business discovery activities including workshops and demonstrations, deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer environments and testing needs, and educate customers to become a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Post-Sales Customer-Facing or Consulting role
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • Excellent presentation skills to present technical solutions concisely
  • Passion for diagnosing and solving technical issues
  • Experience at a cybersecurity company (preferred)
  • Blockchain or Web3 knowledge (preferred)
  • Early-stage startup solution engineering experience (preferred)
