About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close with accountability for hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You will lead onboarding and ongoing account management to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will forecast renewals using QBRs and an understanding of customer needs to identify expansion opportunities. You will identify and engage high-potential projects and power users who would benefit from real-time streaming data and own their conversion from prospect to active paying customer. You will design and execute go-to-market strategies for key verticals including DEX bots gaming engines and trading platforms. You will engage in crypto native spaces such as Telegram Farcaster Crypto Twitter and Discord to share updates gather feedback and attract prospects. You will develop and coordinate sales driven partnership announcements customer focused content such as case studies and blog posts and joint go-to-market activities such as webinars and hackathons to bolster customer engagement and partnerships. You will maintain the CRM with up-to-date information and health scores. You will initiate drip marketing campaigns to support sales and retention. You will stay current on industry trends and share learnings. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Actively involved in the Web3 space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Committed to staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
