About the Role

You will own a named portfolio of existing accounts while actively building pipeline and winning new logos. You will protect and grow your existing base through disciplined account management and multi-product expansion, converting single-product relationships into multi-product ones, while hunting for new business across the Americas and beyond. You will explain an API suite to a Head of Infrastructure, a CEO, a CTO, or a Head of Product. You will be motivated by owning your number and building relationships that compound over time.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of quota carrying experience in crypto or blockchain sales or account management
  • Direct experience selling staking dedicated node infrastructure RPC API products DeFi or earn stack services or crypto custody infrastructure
  • Familiarity with at least two or three CNBU cohorts such as exchanges custodians protocols VC groups or asset managers
  • Solid working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure including staking dedicated nodes RPC API endpoints and earn DeFi stack products
  • Awareness of current market environment and regulatory momentum shaping infrastructure investment decisions
  • Multi product mindset strong CRM discipline excellent written and verbal communication able to converse with CTOs VPs of Engineering Heads of Infrastructure and Heads of Product
  • Nice to have existing relationships within CNBU cohorts particularly exchanges custodians VC firms or protocol foundations; prior experience at a crypto infrastructure company; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; comfortable in startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Defend and retain your book of business with ARR retention and renewal execution
  • Expand by cross selling across Blockdaemon's product suite including staking, dedicated nodes, API, and Earn DeFi stack
  • Acquire new logos by building and managing a personal pipeline and closing deals
  • Coordinate with Product and your Technical Account Manager before making product commitments and track all expansion conversations in Salesforce
  • Operate with disciplined Salesforce hygiene and participate in weekly pipeline reviews
