About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close. You will lead customer onboarding and ongoing account management to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will forecast renewals and identify expansion opportunities using quarterly business reviews and customer feedback. You will identify and engage high potential projects and power users who would benefit from real time streaming data and own their conversion from prospect to paying customer. You will design and execute go to market strategies for key verticals and engage in crypto native spaces to share updates and gather feedback and attract prospects. You will develop and coordinate sales driven partnership announcements, customer focused content such as case studies and blog posts, and joint go to market activities to bolster engagement and partnerships. You will maintain the CRM with up-to-date information and health scores. You will initiate drip marketing campaigns to support sales and retention. You will stay current on industry trends and share learnings within the organization. Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Actively involved in the Web3 space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Committed to staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in crypto native spaces to share updates gather feedback and attract prospects.
  • Develop and coordinate sales driven partnership announcements customer focused content such as case studies blog posts research reports and joint go to market activities to bolster engagement and partnerships.
  • Maintain the CRM with up-to-date information and health scores.
  • Initiate drip marketing campaigns to support sales and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends and share learnings within the organization.
