Senior Account Executive - Fintech

About the Role

You will own the full sales cycle for fintech clients, from sourcing and outbound through close and expansion. You will run structured, hypothesis-driven discovery, engage engineers, product leads, and compliance teams in technical discussions, and evaluate APIs and integration architecture to advance deals. You will execute with ownership, use modern tooling and AI to scale research and outreach, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to deliver implementations and expansions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in GTM consulting operations or technical roles
  • Meaningful experience in fintech payments or crypto infrastructure
  • Proven track record closing complex regulated or technical deals
  • Deep knowledge of stablecoins payment rails wallets and compliance
  • Ability to discuss APIs integration architecture and technical tradeoffs
  • Strong consultative discovery and selling skills
  • Existing network across fintech founders operators or decision-makers (preferred)
