About the Role
You will spearhead outbound initiatives to craft and execute pioneering growth strategies across existing and frontier markets. You will work at the nexus of marketing, sales, and product, using data analysis and AI to optimize outreach. You will conduct strategic account research to identify high fit customer profiles and market opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to launch multi channel GTM campaigns and refine processes based on feedback. You will maintain an enriched CRM and contribute to a data driven sales culture. You will stay current with GTM AI technologies and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in BDR SDR Inside Sales and Growth Marketing roles
- Proven track record of leading outbound campaigns in a fast paced GTM organization
- Strong understanding of modern outbound methodologies including multi threading account based outreach signal based prospecting and AI assisted personalization
- Strong analytical skills highly proficient in spreadsheets data quality analytics and communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong interest in exploring launching and scaling new GTM AI technologies to improve sales development productivity and effectiveness
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as Zoominfo and Clay and CRMs Hubspot sequencing tools Salesloft Outreach and similar tools
- Experience with quoting tools like Revops.io or similar tools
- Experience working with AI tools like Claude Zapier or others to advance outbound strategy look alike campaigns Top of Funnel sequencing and agentic workflows
- Nice to have previous experience in pre sales function or a high growth startup
- Passionate about financial sector crypto and web3
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative outbound strategies to acquire new customers, driving ARR growth.
- Support event driven GTM initiatives through targeted post event follow up campaigns, executive outreach, pipeline acceleration, and multi threaded account engagement.
- Own outbound activity and pipeline generation KPIs while optimizing sequencing, messaging, targeting, and conversion performance.
- Work closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify pipeline gaps, refine outreach strategies, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Conduct strategic account research to identify high fit customer profiles, market opportunities, buying signals, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across digital assets and traditional finance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to launch multi channel GTM campaigns that generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Monitor market feedback and metrics to refine outbound processes and strategies.
- Maintain an enriched CRM for marketing and sales outreach segmentation.
- Use AI to reach our target audience more effectively while more efficiently running end to end Top of Funnel activity.
