About the Role
You will support the sales team by managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups. You will act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications. You will prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients. You will maintain and update CRM records, track leads and client interactions, and conduct basic research on potential clients and ecosystem partners. You will coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets (preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems (preferred)
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles (preferred)
