Account Manager - Expansion Representative

About the Role

You will lead strategic account initiatives for high-value enterprise clients. You will execute whitespace analysis to identify expansion opportunities, develop multi-year account plans, and drive cross-sell and up-sell motion. You will cultivate and manage executive relationships with CFOs and Treasurers, lead negotiations, coordinate legal and product stakeholders, and close complex, high-value deals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing and closing high-six and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Expertise in consultative and value-based selling
  • Ability to build and influence relationships at CFO and Treasurer levels
  • Mastery of whitespace analysis and account mapping to drive expansion revenue
  • Strong knowledge of treasury and finance software landscapes and competitive positioning
  • Extensive senior account or strategic sales experience with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience managing long-cycle complex deals involving technical discovery and legal/regulatory reviews
  • Deep understanding of cash management, multi-currency liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced sales training or certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Execute whitespace analysis to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Convert identified whitespace into high-contract-value business and expand across subsidiaries
  • Develop and maintain multi-year account plans mapping stakeholders, budgets, and technical roadmaps
  • Maintain high share of voice with CFOs, Global Treasurers, and Heads of Risk
  • Lead deal negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams to close enterprise deals
