Strategic Account Executive – Institutional DeFi

About the Role

You will lead the end to end sales cycle for an institutional DeFi analytics platform. You will identify and engage asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, and tier one banks, demonstrate product value, translate complex blockchain and AI concepts into ROI and risk language for non technical stakeholders, and guide institutions through onboarding and adoption. You will maintain senior level relationships, manage multi stakeholder processes, and relay market feedback to product and engineering to improve dashboards, alerts, and data exploration tools.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B enterprise sales experience selling SaaS FinTech or data analytics to institutional finance clients
  • Deep understanding of TradFi compliance security and risk frameworks
  • Strong technical fluency in blockchain architecture and Decentralized Finance
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical executives
  • Experience navigating complex multi stakeholder sales cycles and proactive entrepreneurial execution
