About the Role
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for HashSphere and asset tokenization/markets software, from target account identification through negotiation, deal closure, and delivery handoff. You will engage C‑suite and technical leaders, craft and present compelling value propositions, and manage partner and procurement processes. You will build and maintain a qualified pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and meet quarterly and annual targets. You will stay current on distributed ledger technology and regulatory considerations in APAC and represent the product in industry associations and partner channels. Expect regular travel to client sites and industry events.
Requirements
- Willingness and flexibility to travel approximately 50%
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience preferably in SaaS cloud infrastructure blockchain distributed systems or fintech platforms
- Proven blockchain sales experience
- Proven financial services sales experience
- Proven success selling to large regulated enterprises and engaging C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to own large multi-quarter sales cycles and forecast accurately
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong technical literacy in distributed ledger technology private networks interoperability and tokenization
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for HashSphere and asset tokenization software
- Identify qualify and close deals with large enterprises and regulated financial institutions
- Engage C‑suite technology and innovation leaders and articulate business value
- Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored solutions
- Manage enterprise procurement processes and deal negotiation
- Build maintain and qualify a strong sales pipeline
- Forecast revenue accurately and meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor distributed ledger technology trends competitive offerings and regulatory considerations in APAC
- Represent the company in APAC industry associations and professional organizations
- Manage Value Added Resellers and Professional Services Partners for channel and localization opportunities
- Travel to client sites company off-sites and industry events as required
