About the Role

You will support the sales process by managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow ups. You will act as a client-facing contact for initial inquiries, prepare sales materials and proposals, maintain CRM records, research prospective clients and assist internal handoffs for onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics Finance Marketing or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales customer support or operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in blockchain crypto or emerging technologies
  • Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems Web3 infrastructure or digital assets (preferred)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar systems (preferred)
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in client facing roles (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing client communications
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate follow ups
  • Act as a client facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications
  • Prepare sales materials presentations and proposals for prospective clients
  • Maintain and update CRM records including tracking leads opportunities and client interactions
  • Conduct basic research on potential clients protocols funds and ecosystem partners and coordinate internal handoffs for onboarding
