About the Role
You will manage and optimise retirement product offerings and an assigned portfolio of client and investor accounts. You will build long-term relationships with high net worth clients, develop new business from existing accounts, negotiate agreements, and prepare account and sales reports. You will liaise with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve the client experience, and respond quickly to incoming requests while maintaining high attention to detail and strong listening and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar role
- Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels including C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce
- Technically savvy with strong technical aptitude
- Experience delivering client or investor focused solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Access to reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a private workspace
- Ownership of a smartphone for required communication apps
- Preferably own an Apple laptop or desktop for security reasons
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead point of contact for client and investor account management
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client and investor relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
- Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to management and stakeholders
- Develop new business within existing client portfolios and identify areas for improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare account status reports
- Collaborate with product development and management to identify growth opportunities
- Assist with challenging client and investor requests and escalations
