About the Role
Run a high-velocity, transactional sales motion for small businesses and early-stage companies in Canada. Manage opportunities from initial contact through signature, qualify prospects, deliver concise demos, communicate clear ROI and next steps, maintain a large pipeline, meet weekly and monthly targets, keep Salesforce records and forecasts accurate, and provide feedback on objections, competitors, and sales-process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in an SMB, transactional, or high-velocity closing role.
- Proven ability to close 20–30 or more small deals per month.
- Experience selling to founders, owners, and operators at small businesses.
- Ability to manage dozens of active deals simultaneously.
- Ability to work against clear metrics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Close a high volume of deals from first contact through signature in short sales cycles.
- Qualify prospects based on firmographics, use case, and urgency.
- Run concise, repeatable demos and sales conversations.
- Manage a large pipeline of simultaneous opportunities.
- Meet weekly and monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecasts, and follow-up.
- Provide feedback on SMB objections, competitive trends, and process improvements.
