You will maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems. You will generate sales reports and performance metrics and provide accurate pipeline and forecast updates. You will identify and implement process improvements, create low-code interventions and internal toolkits, provide administrative support to sales, coordinate with other departments to drive projects to deadlines, interact with customers as needed, and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
