Sales Executive, Govt and Law Enforcement Sector

About the Role
You will drive sales and develop relationships with government and law enforcement clients by evangelising blockchain analytics software. You will use a deep understanding of blockchain products and technology to inform product direction, identify strategic opportunities, and develop detailed account plans in the CRM. You will track and communicate key metrics, collaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional services, gather and convey customer feedback, keep up to date on industry trends, prioritise accounts, assess risks and limitations, and close complex B2B SaaS deals. You will be expected to travel as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within the FinTech or Regtech industry
- Experience and knowledge of selling services to the government and/or law enforcement sector
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM software
- Self-starter able to work independently and demonstrate leadership within a larger team
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals
- Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Multicultural approach and comfort working with diverse cultures and time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish
- Willingness and ability to travel
Responsibilities
- Utilise deep understanding of blockchain products and technology to inform and influence product roadmap
- Identify new strategic opportunities and collaborate across functions to scope and prioritise them
- Develop detailed business account plans in the CRM including initiatives, timelines, risks, and potential revenue
- Track, analyse, influence, and communicate key metrics to build scalable opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and professional services to expand your book of business
- Seek and convey customer feedback to stakeholders and core teams
- Keep up to date on industry trends and provide market feedback to the product team
- Prioritise business accounts annually and establish objectives aligned with strategic plans
- Assess threats, risks, or limitations related to client opportunities
- Act in accordance with the code of conduct and ethical behaviour
