About the Role

You will lead and grow the institutional brokerage business by managing sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, engaging C-suite decision makers, and overseeing trading execution and risk management. You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing, manage complex deals and contracts, develop strategic partnerships, mentor and scale the sales team, and set KPIs and report sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics Business or related field
  • Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in a brokerage trading or capital markets role with at least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a brokerage or trading business
  • Deep understanding of market structure trading protocols and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets
  • Strong network of institutional clients and ability to develop new business
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and commitment to high ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions with focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise clients
  • Identify and engage C-suite executives and key decision makers to present and sell trading and tokenization platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
  • Serve as a thought leader on tokenization trading and regulatory trends and use insights to shape product and sales strategy
  • Partner with product engineering and marketing to align client needs with product capabilities and go-to-market efforts
  • Oversee lead generation qualification proposal development negotiations and contract closure
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions blockchain platforms exchanges and other stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums
  • Lead mentor and grow a high-performing sales team providing coaching training and development
  • Establish KPIs monitor sales effectiveness analyze trends and report progress to senior leadership
