AI/HPC Hardware Sales Representative

About the Role
You will sell AI/HPC data center hardware solutions, drive pipeline, and close high-value deals with enterprise, cloud, and hyperscaler customers. You will advise customers on system configurations and storage architectures, design BOMs and rack solutions, and provide technical presentations and demos. You will leverage and expand relationships with OEMs, ODMs, VARs, and partners to source hardware at volume. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to align solutions with customer needs, represent the company at industry events, and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware sales focused on AI HPC infrastructure or enterprise storage
- Established relationships with OEMs ODMs VARs and channel partners
- Deep expertise in AI HPC data center hardware configurations and storage technologies
- Familiarity with NVMe SSDs all-flash arrays JBOD JBOF and parallel file systems
- Understanding of GPU cluster architectures AI ML training and inference workloads
- Familiarity with major GPU OEMs and accelerator vendors
- Experience working with cloud providers or colocation data center operators a plus
- Strong technical acumen and ability to speak to infrastructure architects
- Proven track record of closing high-value hardware deals
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AI/HPC data center hardware solutions
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities across AI HPC cloud and data center markets
- Leverage and expand relationships with OEMs ODMs VARs distributors and system integrators
- Advise customers on full AI/HPC data center configurations with focus on storage architectures
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement infrastructure architects engineering leads and C-suite decision makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with hardware offerings
- Stay current on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and provide regular pipeline and performance updates
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Travel as needed for client meetings industry events and conferences
