About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise data products, handling discovery, scoping, demos, technical deep dives, negotiation, and closing. You will identify upsell opportunities in the self-serve base using usage analytics and CRM, build outbound pipelines to researchers, funds, exchanges, DAOs, and venture firms, and translate dashboard usage into tailored paid contracts. You will manage CRM pipelines and qualify inbound leads to grow long-term data partnerships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in crypto or selling data/analytics tooling
- Experience selling to researchers, funds, TradFi, or protocol teams
- Experience building outbound pipeline from scratch
- Experience managing CRM pipelines (HubSpot preferred)
- Must be based in New York
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise data products, including discovery, scoping, demos, technical deep dives, negotiation, and closing
- Upsell the self-serve user base by identifying power users and usage spikes via internal analytics and CRM
- Lead outbound efforts to researchers, crypto-native funds, exchanges, DAOs, and venture firms
- Translate dashboard usage into tailored pitches and paid contracts
- Build pipeline from scratch using channels such as Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and product signals
- Manage and maintain CRM pipelines (HubSpot preferred)
- Qualify warm inbound leads from usage analytics and the self-serve funnel
