About the Role
You will lead the strategic growth of Lucid's largest customers across EMEA. You will develop expert knowledge of Lucid's full collaboration suite and understand the competitive landscape in your assigned region. You will drive outbound lead sourcing, identify new opportunities across existing customers, and generate and close new pipeline across business segments through cold calling, emailing, demos, negotiations, and marketing activities. You will share market insights with product and marketing teams, manage a book of accounts, build reliable forecasts, and work with management to close open pipeline and achieve your sales quota. You will bring creativity to penetrating new markets, verticals, and personas, orchestrating internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers to unlock customer growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience (as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role) in SaaS/software; Product-Led Growth experience preferred
- Significant experience working with Enterprise-Grade customers, successfully leading complex sales processes
- Ability to project manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders (Business Development, CSM, Solution Engineers)
- Demonstrated track record in team-based selling & orchestration of strategic resources
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Professionally fluent in any Nordic languages
- Hybrid position requiring in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
