About the Role
You'll drive senior engagement, provide customer success support to existing customers, build a care network, and grow the business with new customers. This hybrid role involves field work engaging staff and seniors directly inside senior living communities, as well as through referral sources like home health, hospice, and hospitals. You'll also build relationships with community partners such as primary care provider groups and healthcare brokers, bridging the gap between these resources and the local Savoy clinical team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of healthcare experience in customer success and sales/growth
- Experience working with or in senior living facilities and the geriatric space
- Winning record for building and maintaining strong relationships as well as exceeding sales targets
- Purpose-driven with a positive attitude to contribute towards a strong culture and passionate about improving senior living
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to build structure while adapting to new processes
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed business development targets with senior living communities
- Develop a referral network to drive senior engagement in your region
- Utilize cold calling, in-person drop-ins, and other prospecting techniques to identify new customers and referrals
- Develop and sustain a strong brand for Savoy Life through attending, hosting, and presenting at local events
- Support a smooth transition from contracting through launch for senior living community customers
- Maintain documentation hygiene of activities and contacts in Savoy's CRM platform
- Drive patient engagement with seniors by obtaining consents from seniors and Power of Attorney
- Develop trusted relationships with customers' Executive Director, Marketing/Sales Director, and Health & Wellness Director
- Conduct business reviews with customers' leadership teams using data and reporting
- Drive high renewal rates through early risk identification, intervention, escalation and mitigation
- Provide insights, recommendations and best practices to accounts
- Identify and develop relationships with local primary care provider groups, healthcare brokers, and other healthcare organizations
