About the Role
You'll join a high-performing EMEA sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and VP EMEA, taking full ownership of your territory and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the Crypto and Financial Services landscape. You'll gain deep product expertise and apply your understanding of evolving global and regional regulations to build compelling business cases that speak directly to customers' pain points. You'll run the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure across a territory with massive potential and considerable inbound interest, handling deals of significant value while collaborating with internal teams and partner channels to expand your reach.
Requirements
- Experienced in B2B SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto
- Proven track record of consistently closing successful deals across multiple years and companies
- Comfortable leading complex, long-cycle and large deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Confident, consultative, and persuasive with strong stakeholder relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel to customers and industry events
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Technical acumen with ability to establish credibility with technical decision makers
- Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), LLMs and other AI-driven prospecting tools
Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic accounts
- Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders
- Handle 5-, 6- and 7-figure deal cycles using value based selling techniques
- Drive account expansion through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with global peers on multi-region and strategic global accounts
- Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, customer success, marketing, and partner channels
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and translate emerging challenges into opportunities
- Represent Elliptic at key industry events and conferences
- Be an ambassador of the Elliptic brand
