About the Role

You will lead commercial operations across APAC, focusing on direct merchant acquisition, enterprise sales, and strategic partner networks. You will formulate market-entry and revenue-growth strategies, close complex payment deals, manage sales quotas and KPIs, and build distribution channels through ISOs, ISVs, payment facilitators, and referral partners. You will also coordinate with product, operations, and compliance functions to improve merchant onboarding, payment conversion, and local payment integrations. You will monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to refine pricing, value propositions, and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building, scaling, and managing high-volume B2B or enterprise sales teams
  • Documented experience delivering annual TPV
  • Experience in complex B2B solution selling, enterprise deal closing, or value-based selling
  • Knowledge of global or APAC payment ecosystems or financial technology
  • Experience personally driving, negotiating, and closing complex commercial agreements
  • Expertise in ISO or referral partner programs and strategic alliance networks
  • Deep understanding of commercial dynamics, merchant behavior, and payment preferences across major APAC markets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Formulate and execute commercial strategies across key APAC markets
  • Identify high-growth merchant segments and strategic verticals
  • Lead and negotiate complex enterprise payment deals
  • Build strategic partner distribution and referral networks
  • Set revenue quotas, pipeline metrics, and sales KPIs
  • Improve merchant onboarding and payment conversion rates
  • Enhance local payment method integrations
  • Monitor APAC market trends, regulations, and competitors
  • Refine pricing models, value propositions, and product roadmaps
