About the Role
You will lead institutional digital asset sales across Asia, own revenue and corridor growth, drive adoption of stablecoin settlement and treasury solutions, build and mentor a regional sales team, negotiate with enterprise clients, and develop strategic relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, PSPs, banks, and corporate treasuries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets
- Experience leading institutional sales teams and scaling TPV
- Network across OTC desks, exchanges, PSPs, and financial institutions
- Understanding of cross-border settlement, stablecoins, and liquidity management
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital assets sales strategy across priority corridors
- Own TPV, revenue, and corridor performance targets
- Drive adoption of stablecoin settlement, on/off-ramp, and treasury solutions
- Develop corridor-specific go-to-market and pricing strategies
- Build, manage, and mentor a regional team of senior sales managers
- Set KPIs, incentive structures, and pipeline discipline
- Lead enterprise-level negotiations with institutional clients and partners
- Establish and deepen relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, PSPs, banks, and corporate treasuries
- Represent Lightnet in partner discussions and industry forums
