About the Role

You will define and execute partnership strategy across EMEA, identify and close strategic partnerships, and build scalable partner models. You will lead complex negotiations, integrate partners into sales execution, manage executive relationships, report revenue outcomes, and shape product, marketing, and customer-success initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or enterprise sales
  • Experience sourcing, structuring, and closing revenue-driving strategic partnerships
  • Experience as a senior individual contributor with autonomy
  • Knowledge of partner-led go-to-market models, system integrators, resellers, and co-sell motions
  • Ability to work with C-level executives
  • Ability to turn market insight into partnership initiatives
  • Familiarity with EMEA enterprise markets and cultural nuances

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA partnerships strategy
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure strategic partnerships
  • Develop partner value propositions, commercial frameworks, and engagement models
  • Establish scalable partnership structures, playbooks, and success metrics
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Integrate partners into account planning, co-selling, and deal execution
  • Support partners in positioning, selling, and delivering solutions
  • Report on partner pipeline, deal progression, and revenue outcomes
  • Lead partnership discussions and commercial negotiations through contract execution
  • Identify new partnership-led routes to market
  • Manage executive-level strategic partner relationships
  • Represent partner and market feedback to Product and Engineering
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with Marketing
  • Support successful partner-led deployments with Customer Success and Services
  • Represent the role at industry events and provide regional market insight
