About the Role
You will lead strategic life sciences partnerships from strategy and executive alignment through negotiation, execution, and operating reviews. You will translate scientific, technical, and market needs into partnership and product recommendations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management
- Deep understanding of the life sciences ecosystem
- Experience leading complex strategic partnerships
- Ability to engage scientific, technical, product, and business leaders
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Clear communication, prioritization, judgment, and integrity
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle strategic partnerships
- Identify and prioritize life sciences partnership opportunities
- Translate partner needs into product and program recommendations
- Structure data, deployment, governance, and commercial partnership models
- Coordinate ecosystem adoption with cross-functional partnership teams
- Build relationships with senior scientific and technical leaders
- Resolve blockers and communicate decisions and tradeoffs
