About the Role

You will define and lead the startup and venture-capital strategy. You will build the startup program, develop relationships with venture firms and accelerators, run portfolio partnerships and ecosystem events, measure program impact, and bring founder and investor feedback to product and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in startup partnerships, venture capital, business development, or GTM roles at a cloud, developer, or AI infrastructure company
• Established network across top-tier venture firms, accelerators, and founders
• Track record of converting ecosystem relationships into measurable pipeline, product adoption, and revenue
• Experience designing and running startup programs with clear economics and accountability
• Technical fluency in open-source models, inference performance, fine-tuning, and cost trade-offs
• Cross-functional partnership skills across Sales, Marketing, Product, Developer Relations, and Finance

Responsibilities

• Define and own the startup and venture strategy, including target segments, programs, partner tiers, and pipeline, activation, and revenue goals
• Build and scale the startup program, including technical programming, go-to-market benefits, and graduation paths
• Build relationships with venture firms, accelerators, incubators, partners, and platform teams
• Run portfolio-wide partnerships, including perks and credits agreements, office hours, technical workshops, founder dinners, and AI infrastructure briefings
• Represent Fireworks at demo days, accelerator cohorts, hackathons, panels, and founder communities
• Track program economics and impact and report results to GTM leadership
• Bring founder and investor feedback to product and leadership
• Build and scale a startup and VC team
